A brand-new Saksi with Emergency host Arnold Clavio and re-titled as "Saksi: Liga ng Katotohanan". * August 23 - ETC was launched by Solar Entertainment Corporation as a female-oriented cable channel. On January 1, 2008, began to lease airtime on SBN choosing to broadcast programming from its entertainment channel on UHF free-to-air television channel 21. until March 1, 2011 ETC This partnership ended in March 2, 2011, as Solar transferred ETC to RPN on VHF free-to-air television channel 9.
